Cancellation Policy

Customers may contact Qavrenio to request cancellation before the order has shipped.

Cancellation requests are not subject to a cancellation fee.

Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through Qavrenio. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery if the item is eligible.
