30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Condition

Returned products must remain in their original condition. Products showing use, damage caused after delivery or material alteration may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

How to Request a Return

Before sending a return, contact service@qavrenio.com. Please provide your order number, checkout email address, product being returned, reason for the return and photographs where relevant to a damage or defect claim.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable for standard change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Depending on the circumstances, Qavrenio may provide a replacement or refund. Customers should not be required to absorb reasonable costs caused by a confirmed merchant-side fulfillment error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time is 5-10 business days.
